Please don't be confused by the fact that this pencion is listed on hostels.com as there is nothing hostel-like about it. There is no common room, character, cheap laundry or free internet.

the toilet was suposed to be cleaned before we where there, but the true is that it was dirty, so anyone of us sat down on it... :S
It was exactly what we paid for. Walls a bit thin, so noisy neighbours disturbed the night.Excellent breakfasts!

I really enjoyed staying in. The Staff in Reception was very friendly and helpful.
The hostel is very cozy and clean; its staff really charming. I can only complain about the horrid noise the air conditioning made sometimes and the toy size of the bathrooms. It's not precisely in a nice area, but the city center is only a 15 min walk away, and there's a metro station like 100 m fro m the gates of the hotel. Anyway, the quality/price ratio is superb! I'd reccomend it.

I really liked where Residencia Luena was located and that there was 24 hour check-in and a place you could leave your luggage after check-out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is that the room (especially the bathroom) had a strange/not very good smell and there didn't seem to be any air flow in the bathroom; nothing ever dried in there. Over all, my friend and I were extremely pleased.
