Residencial Tres Soles in Arica, Chile

This Hostel is very close to the bus station, which is its only positive feature. Its a familys house, converted to a hostel. That is fine except for the little kid that they let run up and down the halls screaming until 2am? Our bed still had the plastic wrap it came with under the sheets so we got to hear the crunching plastic everytime we moved in bed, the room had no fan and was about 85 degrees in it all night.
