poor english spoken, staff young and not so helpfull. The works will make this hostel very nice, but at the moment they are just waking up the guest with lot of noise !

You can\'t beat the location of the price of this place for starters. There is also a decent social scene in the lobby of this place with cheap beers. The staff is extremely energtic and helpful. Although she (marushka) is always busy, she never seems to hesitate to drop everything and tend to your inquiries/problems/concerns. Definatly recommend

This hostel is in a great location and great value for money. The staff are very friendly and there is a great vibe. My only minor complaint is that an extra fer meters in the bathroom would complete the services. (no cats were swung)

The information on the site of hospitalityclub promises a competely different hostel than I found.The service was not good,especially the kitchen was not clean.In the hostel is restauration, that should be noted

The location is good, new and ample rooms but no staff. Only 1 girl that work almost 24 hours a day, doing all (and she can keep a smile) but she can't be in 2 places at the same time. No Internet or breakfast because no staff. There are building works in the lobby so: NOISY! The Hostel looks brand new but due to a very poor construction quality there are things already falling apart or just not working.

There was a lot of construction work on the premises at the time, but I guess that was only temporarily and not part of a longer project. Helpful staff, but rather chaotic reception.

My 100% to the staff i really a 153% rating of the young woman who was always there (unfotunately forgot her name). She works like 16 hours a day and is helpful at all times - even when she, being extremely tired, yet again unlocks the fridge (standing like an altarpiece out there in the court/lobby, displying a variety of Ukrainean beers) keeping the late night conversations in the corners going. All in all just a really god experience - adding to my good first impression of Lviv/Lvov.

Highly recommended property in a suitable location, and the overworked staff are always willing to help. Definitely a place to consider, even if it could be slightly cleaner and tidier in places.
this hostel has much potential but has a while to get up to speed with other european hostels. The one employee was nice but she was the only one doing everything (cleaning, checking-in, directions, check-out, money, etc.). They are also very much in the middle of renovations so be warned. Also had trouble booking on-line, we were double booked with another group who also booked on-line with another website. But they made it right for us so it was good to have a place to sleep. Ciao!
