River Bank was exactly the hostel that I needed: affordable, quiet, and centrally located. Do not stay in this hostel if you're looking to meet lots of people or party. It's a quiet hostel right by the river that has beautiful views of the city and river (get one of the private twins if you can!). The man who checked me in and who does the maintenance is really nice too! Downsides: mean cleaning lady who didn't clean the bathrooms the five days i was there and broken shower head holders. 8 Kyle, from USA ~ 4th Apr 2012

Nicea and clean. Good Internet Service. High heating always on, makes you forget the cold. They provide towels for free if you ask for them. Fridge was out of order.//I want to highlight that e-mail the best way to reach the recepcionist when I needed sthng. They answer very quickly//The only problem that I see in this place, is if you have bad luck with other guests that are too loud or something undesirable, is that there is noone on duty during the night to solve unexpected problems quickly. It is a very familiar place, Peter is very nice and helpful, I recommend the place, both in price, location and comfort, the dancing house building is at meters and has an incredible view Abigail, from Argentina ~ 14th Sep 2011

I must admit I was very disappointed at the stay at River Bank. The conditions of the rooms was poor, the beds was almost just a hard piece of wood and we were not sure that the linned had been changed.The kitchen and the bathrroms was not clean whih mad us not want to use them. Therefor we decided to leave prague one day earlier eventhough we only were to stay for tow nights!!We were told to be sure to lock the front door for our own safety.
