C'est magnifique, tranquille, à coté d'une rue animée, mais assez loin pour dormir, aprés avoir bu des pints over there ;-) Bus nocturne qui passe juste à coté, magnifique accueil à l'anglaise. It's huge !

Clean, simple, decent location and helpful staff. Private twin room, similar to any college dorm. On site bar was reasonable, but not very busy.

In addition to the ratings I would have to say that the restaurant / breakfast facilities and provision were excellent. The bar though basic was friendly and the bar staff great company for chat etc. I found the shower standard less than I would have hoped to find in a hostel of this kind. could have done with an update, but other than that the accommodation though basic was fine. I would use this hostel again.

Breakfast was rich and good. You could take a bus directly in front of the residence. The acceptance staff was so so with a little cool, I couldn't feel their warmness to me, the firt-time LDN traveler. The WROST things were the housekeeper directly opened my door without any knocking and getting my permit. It happened TWICE. I was given the excuse that she/he needed to check the towel change. I was very unhappy and had bad feelings so far for staff in En. The second inconvenience thing was that we needed to carry the trash/ tissue papers out of the toilet and throwed them into the trash bin. They left the note in the restroom (with separate toilet and shower) to ask the residents to keep and clearn them by themselves. I was confused because I was not LSE student they offered residence management there. Why should I payed and then cleaned the toilet by myself? I shouldn't be treated like their LSE student.

Great place to stay. Good private room with a nice-sized desk to spread out on, which was a pleasant surprise. Privacy if you need to relax and public areas if you want to hang out and meet new people. Lots of greats little parks and gardens in the area, and the hall is within easy walking distance of Angel Station and plenty of food and drink options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in London, I will definitely try to stay here again.
