dont judge by the photos this was surprisingly good. Easy walking distance to town, very close to bus station and good supermarket. No fridge but reasonably well equipped kitchen. Very close to Aruba where we had a fun night out.

Forced to get a taxi due to the poor directions (taxi driver had to get out a map and find the place!) Were shown to a room and decdided to go out into town. Returned at about 11pm to find a note on the door saying that we were put in the wrong room and to pack up our stuff and find them. (the couple who\'s room it was were sat outside waiting) Taken by the owner who spoke very poor english and gave no explaination of where we were staying to another house down the road! Would not recommend.

Homestay a little hard to find but only a short walk from the Ampitheatre. Rooms were dated but clean. Owners were friendly but didn\'t speak much English. Would stay again.

Quiet and peaceful. Located out of town (15 min walk), but located only a few minutes walk from the main bus station*. We arrived and there was noone there, and since we arrived on time and we were tired, we just let ourselves in anyway and found an empty room to sleep in. Owner turned up later and looks like we\'d done the right thing, didn\'t see much of them after that either. Supermarket is 5 mins walk up the road. * Here\'s some directions from the bus station that might help: Come out of the bus station and turn right on to the road, cross the street, take the second street on the left (not the small lanes). Walk up the street and it\'s the house at the top of the street. Enjoy.

A beautiful guesthouse, perfect for couples, within walking distance of the town and close to the town, but not the beach. Staff are lovely and the bed is sooooo comfortable. No kitchen or common room but is more of a homestay than a hostel, unlikely to meet anyone.

The place was pretty far from everything, and when we found it no one was there. It took about 15 minutes to get a hold of them by phone and then another 15 until someone came to let us in. And despite no one else staying there at the time, our room wasn't even ready. It wasn't the cleanest place but not bad. Pretty average overall.

This was a very nice place to stay at! We got a whole apartment to ourselfs my friend and I, and the hostess was really cool. She gave us great tips about Pula and brought us lemonade and coffee. The only minus was that the kitchen lacked a fridge.

Such a friendly family. Just a 5-10min walk into the city centre and close to local amenities. Great place to stay!

A little outside the town, but within easy walking distance, the 'guesthouse' is actually a middle, self catering aparment with bathroom, 4 bed bedroom, and kitchen. I'd highly reccomend the location to anybody with a group of 3 or 4. Not the place to go if you want to meet other people, but close to shopping centres, and a regular bus route out to the beaches. It was excellent value for money, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

We had an enjoyable visit to the Rossana guest house. It\'s far from luxury, but the hosts were very friendly - even bringing us fresh fruit from their garden every morning, which was a nice touch. A 15 minute walk from the town centre, but a nice base for exploring and very handy for the bus station. The apartment was well equipped for small scale cooking and nicely set out.
