A quiet and nice hostel. I liked this lovely BackPackers hostel for its nice, friendly and happy staff. Its laundry sevice is cheap and good. Staff have good information about the tours and transport to Guatmala. This place had a nice courtyard, though I never joined the evening fire. I was in a room of four beds that shared a small bathroom with another room of four (no locks). No main door lock either. The WiFi worked fine, and there was a TV room to chill in. It's a bit of a long hike from the bus station, but still a decent location. - Backpacking Dave David, from USA ~ 7th Mar 2009

Wonderful hostel, but a little on the cold side in the rooms ... first time I had to use 4 blankets to keep warm. Dogs and cats were great, not a problem at all as I love animals. Great staff, couldn't do enough for you. Thanks guys, I had a great stay. Eugenia, from Australia ~ 31st Jan 2009
