“ Everything was really nice. The only thing we have to complain is that one day, while we were sleeping, the housekeeper entered to our room after we said we didn't need their services. After we talked about it on the reception area, it didn't happen again. Also, it would be easier if they put cards instead of keys for the doors. ”

“ You will definitely have problems about your room when you arrive there. I reserved a room for five people and I paid extra but when we arrived to hotel there was just four beds in the room and there was no space for one more bed. Most of the guests has discussion because of their room but everyone had to accept what they offered because it was too late to find a decent hotel last minute. There is no pool in the hotel as well. And there is no restroom in the rooms. ”

“ I think that the check in and check out procedures must be completly renovated, there is a lot of mistakes, my reservation was wrongly done in the check in and it was necessary to paid much more than the value from the Hostel.com site. In addition, the cost of the reservation is higher in comparison to the quality of the service, such as poor cleanliness of the bathroom, the very poor internet signal, the very old towels and so on. ”
