Wonderful B&B! Ursula and Chris are sooo friendly and helpful - it was like staying with good friends. All travel arrangements and excursions are booked for you for free. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was great. The walls are a bit thin and the cleaning staff starts a bit early but the beds are super comfy and the rooms are very nice. There are chocolate surprises around every corner - on your pillow and with your evening tea :) Also loved the book exchange. Highly recommended and can\'t wait to go back.

We loved it at Rugenpark! It was a perfect hostel in a beautiful location. Not to be missed, but certainly book ahead--the were no vacancies when we were there.

I and my wife had a really great time at Rugenpark. Can you belive that Urusula did the following for us a. Offered a tasty iceed tea the moment we entered the B&B b. Packed breakkfast boxes for us because we left early for the daily tours c. Dropped us in the train station in her car when we checked out as it was raining d. Gave travel tips and directions much better than a seasoned travel operator They just made our trip. I would recommend Rugenpark for anyone visiting Interlaken - it is going to be a really memorable one - great rooms, friendly host, sumptous breakfast, clean areas, free guest kitchen with all ameneties and free internet - what else you can ask for...

If you stay in the Regenpark B&B you will be so fortunate to meet Ursula and Chris who make it more like staying in their home then a hotel. They served awesome breakfasts, had a full kitchen you could use and a computer with internet access. They also were very nice to help us plan ever day even when it rained. You can also buy tickets to the tours and train rides with them which makes it much easier than waiting in line. Would recommend and stay there again!

This is a super-clean, very comfortable B&B. My sister and I stayed here on a "family pilgrimage" trip to Switzerland and were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff (Ursula). We were met with a glass of iced tea and all the information we needed to make the most of our two days in Interlaken. Free internet, laundry on site, nice breakfast, close proximity to the Interlaken West station, and the chance to play with Monty, the dog. It had everything we needed for a great price and I'd choose it again without hesitation. Thanks, Ursula, for a great visit.

Rugenpark B&B was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay there and wished we could have stayed longer. Ursula and Chris were really awesome, helping us plan our day and giving recommendations on what to do and see. Internet was free!!! and they had a guest kitchen which was helpful. Breakfast was also very good. I highly recommed this place.

I'm just trying to find a single negative thing, but hardly. So, why not to book it right now? Chris and Ursula are very friendly and diligent, and dying to help you. They have a beautiful and friendly dog that will like you even if you do not give him a single feed. A complete kitchen and washing machine also available. If you prefer a train, the station is a few steps away. This is an exemplary hostel as each one should be. If possible, confirm your arrival to make it easier to them.

Given the pictures and price, I was expecting the place to be less run-down. However, the staff (Ursula and Chris) were excellent, and very knowledgeable about what to do in the Interlaken area.
