“ The hostel provided healthy breakfast and the staffs were very helpful. People who stayed there mostly are students from foreign countries. Facilities were adequate. Dining was very convenient since the nearby streets had plenty of restaurants. Will stay at STAR again next time I stay in Taipei. ”

“ Highly recommend to stick to the building at 132, where the reception table is on the 3rd floor. Cozy and huge common area, where you can watch tv, surf the internet, and enjoy some chats on the sofa. If you room is at the 134 (the new building with connection to the roof to 132), people tend to stay at room as there is no common area. What a nice budget place for travellers. Please take a backpack or travel bag, as there are many stairs to climb. ”

“ I absolutely enjoyed my stay in STAR Hostel. The cozy and warm atmosphere made our stay there, a pleasant one. I love the living area for its a great place to just chill and meet other travelers staying there. There are plenty of food nearby and its really really near the ZhongShan MRT which is super convenient for our stay. its also really near the contemporary art museum and spot taipei :D. I will definitely return to STAR ”

“ no interaction at all. not comfortable environment.non-friendly atmosphere.staff didn't even say " hi!" unless you made first move. other than that, everything was beyond my expectation. ”
