A single room with own bathroom (best room available) is locatet on level -2, so without any window and a bad air condition. it was not possible for the staff to give me the chance to get a short coffee ten minutes before the offical breakfasttime, so i had to leave for the airport without breakfast. and it was also not possible to give the not even cheap breakfastticket back in this situation Martin, from Germany ~ 14th Jul 2009

- ancient way to pack people in dorms up to 8 - no fotos of them on your website - information that there are no windows in the dorm is given, yes, BUT you have to be on the right page..... - showers are clean but lacking enough space to keep your stuff dry - music in the entrance-room -where you would like to spend some time as a dorm-sleeper-- is not hearable if you are older than 20-, lounge doesn`t have windows - kitchen is great - If you thought different : I stay a lot in host Christina, from Germany ~ 8th Jul 2009

I liked the place very much. The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. What could be improved: the cleanliness of the refrigerators (mildew) and the bathrooms could be swabed more often. On the other hand: how can people wash their faces in such small washbasins without setting the whole place under water? :) and socket-outlets for plugging in the hairdryer (or shaver) in the bathroom would be better than having to dry hair in the corridor if people are sleeping.
