All of their money went into the lobby and public areas, which were clean and inviting. The rooms were a different story! We stayed in a 4bdrm ensuite, which DID NOT look like the pictures they have online. It was DISGUSTING. The bathroom was so nasty that we ended up using the public ones instead. The room was always freezing because the bathroom window was broken. Who knows the last time they washed the blankets, because mine looked like there was crusty jiz all over it! PRO: location! It was a good place but the only thing that was confusing was about the kitchen system. A staff was not sure about how it is working so he told us wrong thing, which lead us to make someone else upset. Halls had a funky smell that ended up being the smell of the room, too.Lack of mirrors, closets with toilets in them being called bathrooms.Also, the SMELL of the place.Stained mattresses. On the plus side, free beer after 9.Wifi reached the higherst floor.The location is the best. Far and away the best hostel I've stayed at anywhere. This place is a lot of fun. Great pancakes, fun staff, not to mention free beer! It was clean, the matress was unexpectedly very comfortable, and I cannot think of one thing to complain about. We actually canceled our evening plans to stay and hang out at the hostel because it was that much fun. Will definitely be returning. Go party hostel! Jacqueline, from USA ~ 22nd Apr 2012

This was by far the worst place I stayed in during my U.S.trip-I paid for a double bedroom with an ensuite-the double bed was so bad I ended up sleeping on a bunk.The linen was filthy-the cleaners broke my stuff,went through my belonging's and threw stuff out,and the room was still filthy!Never again!Unless you're 18 and like to scream and be constantly drunk-do not stay here-you'll hate it!Animal house!
