“ A nice hostel. Great location, at downtown--it is very convenient to go everywhere (airport, bay...). The staff are very friendly. The room and hall are clean. The chicken are ok. But the refrigerators are not clean, maybe due to too much travelers stays there. In general, it is value for money. ”

“ We really enjoyed our stay in SF at the hostel. Great facilities such as computers, wifi, kitchen where you could make breakfast for free (pancakes!) and you get discount on different sightseeing as well. The rooms where nice, and was cleaned every day. You get what you pay for and a great location as well. The tourist information center is just down the street together with the subway and buses. ”

“ The hostel is ok, I can't say that it was exciting experience. I couldn't understand why they wanted to charge me more when I wanted to stay for one more night. And it was not because they didn't have rooms for the same price, it's just some rule, that if you want to prolong your lodging they have different rate. I moved to another hostel, I payed less and got better service and experience ”

“ I had such a great time at this hostel! It's very conveniently located, close to means of transport, places to go shopping, restaurants and city's attractions. Staff is very nice and helpful, always willing to provide with directions and advice. There was free beer every evening, so we could stay here partying, playing beer pong and meeting new people, it was so much fun! If I had the chance to go back to SF, I would definitely stay here again! ”

“ Linens where very used and old, didnt give us towels or soap, and it doenst say anywhere you need to carry your own. Smelled like fried onions all the time and we were in the 3rd floor. Kitchen always dirty, common bathrooms really clean and neat, and they kept our bedroom bathroom shinning. Location perfect, a few blocks from union square. Would recommend if you are not too exigent. ”

“ This hostel is located at a pretty convenient area, BART, subways, bus are all around the corner. The room and public area is clean, have free breakfast in the kitchen but you have to make them yourself which is not bad. I mean it is indeed pretty cheap on price. Overall, it was great experience. Staff members are nice and helpful. Free map on site. The only thing is the lock is quite small.. ”

“ This is a party hostel, no doubt about it. Free beer in the bar every night which was a nice surprise. Location is really good and in the five months I´ve been travelling this hostel has had the two cutest receptionist girls so far. Atmosphere is excellent, big community areas, you´re allowed to bring beer and food into the hostel and the owner is out talking to the guests on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend but expect noise if you wanna go to bed early. ”

“ I was bit worried when I started my travel because I was traveling alone. However, free beer every night made it possible for me to meet a lot of people every night and talk with them. It was so much fun!! If you want to meet a lot of people from all over the world and hang out with them, this is the perfect place for you. And super friendly staffs! Facilities are poor, but it's just because the building is too old. ”

“ The lobby and lounge is nice and fun. The room and floor is also clean and nice. The kitchen might need a bit of cleaning, but I guess I cannot blame the hostel, the guests should also be responsible for their dishes. ”
