i stayed 3 nights and really so nice hostel, very close to collesium and terminal also around of the hostel is security enough, staffs r young guys and girls and they r very helpfull, if i come again to Rome, i can choose Sandy

A dump. The only toilet in the hostel broke and stunk up the hallway and they took 2 days to fix it. And only 1 shower for the whole hostel? Disgusting. Go elsewhere.

Staff was friendly, but that's about all they had going for them. We came to a very dirty room, with the sheets not made from the last group. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. When we asked to purchase towels, we were told "oh we'll give them to you for free" and we were given a blanket, a hand towel, and told to use a "sheet or something" for the third.

Bathrooms were a little sketchy and dirty. Staff was friendly but seemed very disorganized.
Everytime that I ask for a simple information or question, the guy who work there was not able to give me a little bit of information, I was so stone...even at 10 am in the morning. I think that even at flying pig in amsterdam, I never saw a pothead like that...

Hopeless staff who were very unhelpful, lift was broken so we had to walk our bags down 4 flights of stairs. Only one working bathroom, the other one smelt awful. No mirrors, horrible beds, no fans or air conditioning, couldnt sleep, room like a sauna. No toilet paper. Overpriced!!!
