My mom and I found that this place attracts a very young crowd who love to drink in the hostel. No attempts were made to keep the noise down at night. LOCK YOUR DOOR even if you go use the restroom. About a 10 min walk from La Rambla, had a good balcony and common room but were often occupied by travelers that didn't want to sleep in a room. Although they cleaned diligently every day there was still poop on the floor and remains of vomit. You can find a better place for a better price, but stay

I was at Sant Jordi Alberg for two night, and it was a blast. The staff was great and really cool. They took us out on the town and we met many other people from all around the world. The hostel had a apartment feeling to it that was great. Can wait to go back next year.

All in all this is a good hostel to stay. Staff is friedly and helpfull. Rooms are quite small, but this is common probably in Barcelona, simply furnished - only a bunk bed and 1 cabinet. There is a spacious living room in apartment and 2 bathrooms for 3 rooms. Only problem we experienced (in room 6-4-2) is massive noise from bathroom when somebody bath...

I would recommend anyone up for a fun stay to go and to the Sant Jordi, the staff there are brilliant and arrange nights out. You should definitly go to the shots bar night and try a boyscout! It also has free internet access and a shop right across the road with cheap food and drink.

This hostel is a 24/7 party suited to younger travellers looking for fun times. Barcelona has great nightlife and the staff organized nights out to pubs and clubs are fun and a chance to meet other hostelers from other sant jordi hostels. Mauro and hurricane are legends, we love you.

las duchas y los baños son muy muy pequeños, los cuartos tambien. pero la buena onca que se respira en el hostel, es de lo mejor que vivi en todo el viaje hasta ahora sin duda para volver..
