For how little I paid, this place was amazing. The AC worked but only slightly so a summer trip wouldn't be ideal. But I went during Spring and it was great. The staff is the friendliest bunch of girls with decent to good English and an eagerness to help. The dorms are kept pretty clean. Overall, this is a better find than most regular hotels.
