Booked a little in advance to make sure I had the right room except when we got there staff could not speak English and could not explain things very well. Turned out even though I had booked for two people in a four bedroom dorm we still only got one bed! They tried to charge us but after a complaint they did not. Also had to pay extra so they could book us a taxi for early morning which was not there when we came down. Lucky we had asked for a receipt to prove this!!
