The room was old and the shower didn't work very well. Also, there was no sink in the room, although we did have one of the cheaper rooms available. The location was good, and the staff were very pleasant. Mark, from USA ~ 27th Jul 2009

Sayang was acceptably clean, the staff very friendly and the pool was great for meeting fellow travelers. I would definitely recommend it for anyone on a budget. :) Julia, from USA ~ 25th May 2009

Traveling through Thailand and Malaysia to Bali, we have slept in many 'scruffy' hostels and guest houses. This was by far the worse! Unfortunately the room was not very clean and didn't even host any form of sink for washing. The swimming pool water didn't seem pleasing enough for the laundry.
