Sayang is a great place to stay and close to all the action on Kuta Beach. It could use an upgrade on the bathrooms. There are no sinks in the fan room and the pool could use a good clean. I would stay there again as it is good value for the money.

The bathroom had no sink, there was an abundance of cockroaches and I'm certain that there are prison cells with better maintained rooms. For the same rate that I paid there there are far superior rooms available in the town centre. eg I moved to the Tunsung Bali for the the same rate and have a wonderful room with a fully functioning ensuite

This hotel efficent for people on a tight budget, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpfull, food was good. its near the beach, i will come bali to Bali and will saty at sayang maha , I realy recomended

Young People everywhere, much surfers and party-animals and Backpackers! Only the cleanliness was not the best, especially was no toilet-seat on my toilet. But it was cheap, much fun and good eating in the hotel. Try the burgers!
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The cheapest rooms is not so good,and have no aircondition or hot water, but if you pay a little more you get great rooms.
