  • This is one of the weirdest places I've ever been. It's definitely a hole in the wall, and the woman who runs it is a little nutty, but it's non-threatening and it was definitely an interesting way to start my time in HK. If you're looking for a clean quiet room to read/Internet/sleep, then look elsewhere. But if you want to drink a free bottle of wine , then this is the place to be.

  • Pretty sure that it was a good place that happened to have a couple of really difficult guests at the time. The toilets could be fairly drastic - but the staff were constantly cleaning up after the 'messy' guests. Security would have been good if the afore mentioned guests hadn't been jamming the door open before going out. The lady can be hard to find, but just keep hammering on the door, once you have her she is very helpful!

  • Have stayed only one night at the big room with another 11 people. Good value for its money. Dont expect clean sheets... Toilet is absolutely horrible, seems like its hasnt been remodeled since the building was built! Very rubbish, old-looking hostel. But again, a very good plcae for its value. Good to sleep a night or two.

  • Pretty grimy hostel overall. Good location and interesting management. You get what you pay for

  • It's a get what you pay for kind if place. So at 15 bucks a night it's pretty cheap. However they did move us to another room mid way through our trip and didn't say anything. We just got back to our room one night and all of our stuff was gone. I wouldn't go back but if your in a budget then this place is ok

  • Vincent Guest Hostel has very good location - close to the Star Ferry Pier, Promenade, Avenue of Stars and MRT station. I stayed 2 nights in share-room for 2 people and I expected it will be smaller than it was in real. There was aircondition, TV and clean towel. The best choice is 4 bed share-room, my friends had so luxury room with much more space and it looked like absolutely different hotel and the price was as same as 12 beds share room.

  • Although the Hostel is in the city centre the building and the neighbourhood aren't really nice. It is a good place to start your trips to other area's of the city though. The rooms weren't clean, neither was the bathroom, a lot of dust and hair in the sink. For the free WiFi you had to log on on the open network of another hostel, because the own signal was poor. For the price per night it was quite poor
