BArato, pero muy viejo. Baño ochentoso. El wireless no funciona en la habitación. A una parada en tren de shinjuku. Buena opción por el precio Santiago, from Argentina ~ 15th Oct 2009

Nice owner. Difficult to find, especially when it's bucketing with rain. The place itself is small and a bit of a dump. The free internet was handy. Anna, from Australia ~ 11th Oct 2009

We booked a 4 bed private ensuite but the room was too small to fit in. We were expected to share 2 futons & upon request, added just 1 more. The bathroom's heater broke down for 2 days, the place was abit dirty but the old lady there was really nice though. Can't grumble too much for the price we paid. The old lady there is really friendly, although a bot hard to communicate in English but she's really helpful. chow ching, from Malaysia ~ 4th Oct 2009

Wow, this place was really dirty. The bathroom was remarkably gross with bugs coming out of the drain and mildew and crap growing on all the walls. It was also really tiny and there was next to no room to move around. It was in a convenient location, but overall, this was not enough to want to make me sure there ever again. Nice, affordable, kind staff and great location. Turn left out of shin-okubo station and take maybe the third right (an alleyway, on the corner is another hotel). Recommended. Donald, from Australia ~ 20th Jun 2009

Owners spoke some english, but tried to help always. The room was very close to what was described online. steo, from Canada ~ 23rd May 2009

good value for money - rooms are spacious but a little outdated. the old lady was excellent and extremely helpful even though she couldnt speak a word of english. If you want a base to stay in tokyo while you go off looking at sights, then this is a great place. Kevin, from England ~ 11th May 2009
