Serene Resort in Bogota, Thailand

Value for money. I stayed with my wife and son of 5 yrs for 10 days. The braekfast is good. It is a hotel instead of a hostel. But dont book the cheapest rooms because that are three rooms in the basement without balcony or window. You can't tell if it is day or night!!!! André, from New Caledonia ~ 10th Mar 2010

This is a hotel -not a hostel. They lost our booking. We had a confirmation number and still waited 1.5 hours to be checked in. Despite having booked two rooms, we were only offered a guarantee on one room. Not my idea of customer service! Very nice facilities. Very nice housekeeping services. The boxed breakfast provided at our 5:30am check-out was a thoughtful touch :) I would recommend this hotel as good value for the dollar (3 star hotel)but am still stung about intitial reception Donald, from Canada ~ 20th Feb 2010
