Shenpeng Hotel in Cairns, China

There is no Shenpeng Hotel......which you find out as you're driven in endless circles trying to find a place that doesn't exist.Guests are actually placed at the Canaan Hotel.While my room itself was clean the outside of the window was filthy.Although the hotel advertises always having English speaking staff on hand to assist international travelers no-one on staff spoke English or any other second language which made getting assistance with anything almost impossible.
