Great, cheap hotel in a great location. The rooms are smaller than average, but the large bathrooms totally make up for it. The leaving the room key w/ the front desk thing is kind of weird to me, but apparently it's the norm. Michael, from USA ~ 9th Nov 2009

Exellent Hotel in central Tokyo! Tim, from Sweden ~ 31st Oct 2009

Although staff doesn't speak english so well, for the reality in Tokyo, generally speaking, isn't that bad and they are always very friendly, kind and attentious. They have a free computer with internet, clean the rooms sometimes more than one time p/day and provide us a lot of services. Really close of Shinjuku gyoemmae metro station. I enjoyed my stay... a lot! Thanks! Alexandre, from Portugal ~ 10th Oct 2009

If you are looking for a cheap and clean accommodation, you are at the right place. Being a fussy person with cleanliness, this hotel is definitely guaranteed to be very clean and meet your expectations. The staff is friendly and warm. Internet (wireless) connection is only available outside your room, but if you bring a laptop you can connect from the room. The only downside is if you have a JR Rail Pass, you will need to walk about 15 min to the JR Shinjuku station. But if you like shopping, y Rachel, from Singapore ~ 2nd Oct 2009

I was looking for hotels for a trip with my family. There are 3 of us but this hotel didn't have any 3 person rooms left when I looked but the 5 person room was still cheaper than any other options at nicer hotels (2 person rooms with an extra $50 charge for an extra person). We stayed outside of the main hotel about a block away in what looked like an apartment building that the hotel also used. There were 2 rooms and a hallway entrance. There were 3 twin beds in one room with hardly an Sandra, from USA ~ 30th Aug 2009

Basic hotel. Staff no speak english, thus unhelfpful except for man who runs the place, so they call him when their is miscommunication. Three person room unbearably small. No space to walk, just beds, obvious for 2 people. Bathroom size great. Computers available for email on some floors, rooms clean with all needed supplies. Lighting system confusing. Location dead at night - walk to Shinjuku JR Station area 4fun. Short walk to Shinjuku Gyonnmae metro station for access to city. ok loc. Ethan, from USA ~ 3rd Sep 2009

Excellent location for going around Tokyo. Nothing much to say about the hostel its self. Everything is in order and it works nicely as a place to sleep. Jaakko, from Finland ~ 26th Jul 2009

Extremely noisy ventilation, air-condition blows stright on bed, the so called 3 person room is too little for 3 person, no closet och possibility to put your suitcase away what so ever. Too tiny room ill planned. Pirjo, from Sweden ~ 23rd Jun 2009
