The hostel is fantastic and the best I\'ve ever stayed into. Bed are large (and comfortable to be chinese bed) and dorm rooms have plenty of space for everyone as well. The cleanness was absolute and the staff really kind and reliable. Their panda trip is a valid and not much costy (40y+entry ticket) alternative to go to the park on your own. It\'s very big and full of foreigners from everywhere, expecially japan (since they also speak japanese). With no doubt I\'ll return if I\'ll be i Domenico, from Italy ~ 2nd May 2012

I arrived at it by taxi from east chengdu railyway station to the hostel at 24:00am in the night, the fees is RMB 10yuan.The staff are all nice,warmly sovle your needs at the range of waht they can do for you. Overall the hostel was ok.It is far from everything including the subway which is a pain.There is also not much to see around that area.There is a pretty good vibe though and the staff were helpful.There is lots of information on where to go and how to get there.Unfortunate that the location is so poor. Sims was everything we hoped it would be. The room was clean and neat, with a good bathroom and shower. All the details were right on. There were movies to borrow on a rainy night, a great book exchange, helpful travel desk. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The tours they organized were good. The restaurant/bar is a fun place to hang out. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.There were lots of areas to sit and get some quiet. Great hostel by any standards. Very social, profesionally run. Nice rooms, air conditioning that works, pool, table tennis, a nice bar with very reasonable prices.. pretty much everything a backpacker could want, except location.
