Round the corner of Catania\'s main street so it is easy to find a parking spot for your rental car. Moreover, the city center can easily be reached by foot.

It's a family business and the hotel is filled with family pictures and beautiful paintings. I've been there with my baby of six month's old and they were very helpful and kind. I packed a camping crib for the baby and that was a good thing to do. The owner speaks enough English to assist you in any way. The air co in the double rooms is better than the single room, but the bathroom of the single room is the best (big-shower-bath-very characteristic). Nicole & Jinte

I'd like to thank the host Mr. Gaetano Mustica for a good time in Catania. I am very impressed by his beautiful house and the roof garden with the view to the Etna. It was almost a spiritual moment to have breakfast having the view to Etna in front of me. Do not forget to mention is that he is also a writer. :-) Small but cozy place, ideal for individual travellers like me! Do not forget to ask him the restaurant tipps! The pizza directly from the oven at the Pizzeria della Nonna and the fish menu (25 Euro) at the Trattoria Fede & Desy was a dream! Amazing italian "slow food"! I will be back soon!

Incredible place. Really interesting.I stayed twice and got on v well with the owners. It has a wealth of interesting art , a marvellous roof terrace and is a pleasure to stay in. I spent 5 nights there in total on two separate occassions.

The owner was helpful, but dominant and tried to let us stay longer in the b § b. The breakfast was very poor (only biscottes)!

It was extraordinary to stay in rooms furnished with explicitly Italian taste and decorated with personal memorabilia. It was so much fun to be invited to a family party on the first night, one minute after arrival. It was very convenient to receive all the recommendations concerning local food, architectural attractions etc on the spot -plus information about good restaurants, excursions to Etna, contacts with taxi drivers etc - all in Italian, which we understood without speaking a word of Italian...

This is a very special place to stay. The hostel is run by a very helpful couple. All the rooms a decorated with souvenirs from their travels around the world. From the roof-terrace you have a grat view to Mount Etna. I really enjoyed the stay.
