Overall it was very good but there was no heating in the room - i froze all night (even wearing layers of clothes and with extra blankets on bed). Room 5 is by the share bathrooms and in the night it was noisy with heavy-footed guests in the hallways. Great host who runs it, great airport drop off service, great shower pressure, good shops nearby, kitchen/lounge facilities very good. Overall great budget stay for easy access to airport but take some earplugs and warm clothes with you!

The place was booked out at the last minute so they were good enough to move me to another Motel and cover the extra cost. Fantastic custmer services.

Was a bit noisy during the night - no insulation it seemed so I got all the traffic noise as well as the staff moving about. Didn't feel hugely safe in the area that time of night.. but that's just being female alone. They also didn't have my booking... but the bed was comfy and it served my purpose!

If you like that 50's retro feel, then this is the place for you. Owners very friendly, just the place was in dire need of a renovation. Wouldn't spend my weeks vacation there, but it's practical if you need a place to lay your head prior to an early morning flight...

i just wanted to say how much i enjoyed the days we stayed in skyway lodge! The place is very nice, and the staff is very very friendly!!! there is also a very nice clean swimming pool and a full cupboard and fridge of free food (which we havnt seen in any more of the hostals we've been in thank you for everything!!!
Wonderful place! We found it very homely, easy, & fun. Has a strawberry farm with freshly made ice-cream right across the road. Stay there anytime we would. Nothing was too much trouble. Stay there anytime. Yahoo!
