I liked this place, but now I laugh that they say they are "a stone's throw away" from the Grand Place. Not the case, it's a good ten to fifteen minutes walk. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but everything was clean. You have to pay an extra charge for linens, so note that. I didn't take part in all the activities provided, but it seemed like a very active and social place. Overall I was satisfied.

I was tired and stayed in Brussels to recover from several long days of touring Europe. It was good for a rest. I'd have more to say if I stayed longer, but it was decent for a single night. The continental breakfast (included in the price) was nice.

Of all the hostels that we stayed in throughout europe (5) this was the worst. It was not terrible, but if I had to pick again I would not stay here. It wasn't dirty, but then again it wasn't clean. The showers and toliets were not very well maintained. It was cheap though. It appeared that they spent much more of their money on the ammenities and character of the place like the lounges and the paint (a horrible bright orange) then they did on the comforts and cleanliness of the rooms. The hostel is really basic but it is located in the city centre - so if you just need a place to sleep - it is really great. If you expect something more - you cam be disappointed.

We stayed in the hotel part of Sleepwell and I would recommend staying. It's really clean and has an ace location, you even get a tv in the room which has british tv. The security of the hotel itself was good however, we left our bag in the left luggage room and it got stolen. The receptionist was of no help at all, I even had to ask if I could leave my details incase somehow it was found. The thing that was so annoying was that there was another locked olcker room which was locked in the baseme

I stayed there for 3 days and I think that this is a perfect location, exactely in the city centre, very close to the underground station, very clean, good staff and very new. Excellent!

not so happy with the staff since they seems to be uninterested to help their customer..the shower is super hot, good enough to cook an egg.. breakfast was ok for 1 day which suprised with ham and cheese, then the rest 2 days are simply continental.. 2 microwaves at the lobby serves just ok

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and overall, this is a great place to stay. I would wish only for towels to be included, along with better showers (cleaner and perhaps better constructed).
