Actually, the hostels in Taiwan now are all nice. The rooms are clean, the staffs are kind. But somehow, u still can feel the difference between the "fake nice" and "real nice". This SLEEPING BOOT, is the real real kind. It warms your heart. Guo, from China ~ 5th May 2012

I hate writing reviews and I never do for that reason. But I am going to make an exception in this case because of how satisfied I am with my experience at Sleeping Boot. Everything was amazing... this was like the Ritz of hostels however it is a more modern comfortable feel to it...it was like an IKEA showcase.. and the lead attendant provides you with anything and everything you need. The Sleeping Boot Hostel is located between the train station and the city centre. It´s super clean! In the common room you have a PC, a TV and a kitchen. Chi-Fong and his sister (the owners) are just awesome and always have an open ear for your problems and stories! They provided us not only with information about places to visit, but also helped us organise them, and once in a while we would get fresh fruit or local food to taste from.
