Your site did not work. I booked through you and paid the booking fee and downpayment but when I arrived there they had no information or knowledge of my reservation. Thank god there was still room available otherwise we would have been stuck in Harare with no place to stay. I would like a refund for the 7USD I spent for the booking charge and reservation.
