  • It was clean, a bit crowded in the room, how water at any hour but you cannot combine cold water with hot water to get a warm water. You can only have very hot water which was a bit awkward. Breakfast very good and enough. Location very good, safe neighbourhood and quiet. For the money i gave it was almost perfect! They charge for everything, if you want a locker, if you want to leave your bag for some hours after check-out and so on.

  • If only what you need is a cheap bed in a good location it will be enough for you. If you expect comfortable, clean place won't go there never!:D

  • It's nice but there's only wifi on the lobby, it doesn't get to the dorms.

  • Excellent location, safe neighborhood, maybe the breakfast should be arranged differently, the queue to get some toast and then to butter and put jam on your toast is very chaotic.

  • The hostel was extremely well located. We had a private room and it was very clean. The hallways could have been cleaner but I did not mind. Breakfast is not that rich (butter, milk, gem). Staff was .. depending on who you meet : girls very nice and helpful, guy a bit bored. To sum up I would definitely recommend staying here if you are young and you want a good location (fast food near, bus and tube near by, tesco near by - everything 1 minute away).

  • Be aware of Italians or Spanish neighbours otherwise forget about a good night nap, as those creatures even don't try to keep noise down at the midnight No Wifi, so get into Starbucks or local library, it's good if not rainy day, so you won't get wet till you get there, but this is London Check out time at 10:00, don't be late otherwise your key will be locked and you might not get a deposit back, any ways you have to be out at ten, there is no luggage storage if you are not planning to stay!

  • i would like them to cancel all the 12 dorms and only market upto 4 people in a bedroom at a time. This is for security of the customers and staff.

  • My reason for choosing the particular room I stayed in was the en-suite facility however I would be prepared to forgo this facility for a room on a lower floor. As i am 66 yrs old I found the many stairs tiring. A lift would be good.

  • This place was horrible. Stains on the sheet, hair and mold in the bathroom, unaacomidating staff, and a nasty smell.

  • Me and my boyfriend were in a 16 beds room. It was very hot for the first two nights, because the room was full and we had only one window. I would reccommend smaller rooms. Toilets and showers were quite clean, breakfast was included in the price. All the rest is charged. It was my first experience in a hostel. Not bad at all! The hostel is really close to bayswater tube station and there are supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and everything you need just around the corner!

  • if you are looking for something cheap and nothing more, this could be a good choice. Otherwise I do not recommend this place. Crowded hostel, the bed was very bad since there were two others below (hard to climb), not enough space to leave the bags in the room. One hour of free wi-fi, the rest you pay. Staff didn't really try to be nice. You also pay to leave your luggage after check out.

  • The hostel was like factory: soo many people and a staff was very poor: they didn't provide us any informations and treted us with no kindness at all. Moreover, we were in a 4 people room of more a less 9 square metres with no proper window in the middle of August!! I even not sure this is legal!! Last but not least : the brekfast: imagine 50 people in a very small room doing the queue to get just some bread and the , the atmosphere was really like a factory. I definitely do not recommend it!

  • Find other place to stay! Dirty place. Shower without temperature control. No friendly staff. Poor breakfast. No windows in the rooms (I stayed on basement), so no air in a hot day. I just booked this hostel because I didnt had another option, I just stayed for one night and I will never come back there! Ps. The Hoyal Bayswater is still worst!

  • I had the twin suite room which was better than I had expected! It is so close to Bayswater underground station, very helpful so we didn't have to haul our luggage for a long time but we were in the 4th floor, the lack of elevators was a bit of a struggle. When we arrived it looked like the room had been recently painted and upgraded. I was there for 7 nights. Everyday I saw the ladies mop the floor and clean our room. However, the internet situation was a bit disapointing no connection for2 day
