Very small room with 6 people unbearably hot, and window unopening, in basement floor. Otherwise no complaints

The check in process could have been run much better. Both my friend and I payed a security deposit of ten pounds, but the receipt only mentioned one ten pound deposit so it took a lot of work to get both of our money back which isn't something that is fun to deal with when you're trying to check out.
location = great, rest of the hostel = not so great. i sware they have the smallest beds avaliable to man with the worlds most giant sheets. the directions they give to get there are absolutly useless, make you treck right across hyde park when there is a tube station about 5 mins walk away, reccommend if your going to stay here find your own directions!!!
Very small and old rooms, tiny space for luggage (if any!). However, a big nice bathroom. Hostel does not provide those little things, that are very important while travelling: cheap phone calls home, or cell phone charger. Would not stay in this hostel again.

Rooms are small,staff are great and helpful there is a bar which is fantastic to meet other travellers, not far from the tube there is free breakfast but i never made it there after drinking in the bar enjoyed my stay here will go back for sure

The new kid that helped us was good even though it seemed really busy when we got there. The sheets rooms were clean so that was nice as well. I wish it had said something about the 10 pound deposit on the hostelworld website though.
