I was very happy there, almost for 3 weeks. I love the central situation, everything was clean (bathrooms very clean) and full of people for meeting. patricia, from Spain ~ 14th Nov 2009

In had trouble: because I had 2 separate reservations I had to check out & back in...no problem, staff did not make me wait... BUT they could noty get the people ouyt of my room. I came back at 12.. still there. I came back at 4: still there: big hassle. I wated several hours of my day dealing with this. Staff very friendly and helpful, but still a waste of about 3 hours of my time trying to get my room. Also: need paper towels or dryers in batrhrooms. Lannis, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2009

The short and curly-haired girl in the reception was very rude if you were a foreigner girl Silvia, from Spain ~ 12th Nov 2009

This was the first time that my friend and I have been to a hostel. For the amount of poeple staying at the hostel it was very clean. We stayed in an 8 bed dorm which was never full. We will definitely return! Give them a go if you're in London. Oh, did I mention free breakfast and cute maintenance staff??? :D Bowie, from Australia ~ 13th Nov 2009

I really like this hostel: the staff are friendly, the hostel is very clean, the pod-beds give you privacy when you want it, there is bike storage, the location is great, met some great folks here too....winner all round, will be back! Thanks:-) Rachel, from England ~ 6th Nov 2009

This is a terrible hostel! Only use this as a last resort The bed springs are as tough as steel no give whatsoever. The walls and windows may as well not been there i could hear traffic and every room near by up til 3am. You are expected to make your own bed never have i paid less than what i paid here in another hostel and the bed was done for me. The pillows may as well have been a sheet of paper I may as well of slept outside and give my £40 to a homeless guy that would be the same experienc Calum, from England ~ 3rd Nov 2009

The hostel has a great location just 3minutes away from tube station and well serviced with a tesco, pub and a few restaurants. The building is extremely old and the fresh paintings only tries to cover the age. You can see every kind of pipes coming out of walls and ceiling basically everywhere and the room was too small for everyone! The wc's &bathrooms were disgusting and the kitchen doesn't have enough kitchenware! Get more plates dudes! Celso Gaspar, from Portugal ~ 4th Nov 2009

It's very expensive without reason. Note that, you don't have any lockers if you haven't got 1p50 per day. You have to pay for the gym aswell. Staff night shift are dreadful... Remy, from France ~ 24th Oct 2009

We chose this place because of its location, right beside the british museum. You must take in mind that if you want to pay with card, they charge ypu 5% more because they want to...also the 10 pounds deposit if you want the key card. And bedcovers could use more frecuently washing (be sure the sheet is in between), but that's why its not expensive... Ana, from Spain ~ 20th Oct 2009
