  • Wifi didn't work except on the main floor and 2nd floor (most rooms are on the 3rd and 4th) which was irritating. There is almost never anyone at reception so it's difficult to get help with directions/laundry/checking out.

  • The manager is nice, and the staff is pretty helpful, but the bathroom and the staircase always smells bad, probably from the bathroom.
