Staff was very nice and accomodating...however, the A/C in our room didn't work very well and finding the hotel was took us quite a while as the only visible sign says, "HOTEL" and then a poster beneath it talking about a travel deal...and below that in small lettering..."soberanis" and the phone number. Our taxi driver drove by it 3 times before we really saw it! Perhaps a bigger sign with the name SOBERANIS would be better. Overall our stay there was ok.

i stayed in a 4 bed dorm. the breakfast is good, the towels are replaced everyday, the bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. the air conditioning should be more powerful though, but it`s fine. fun there is not the main thing. so, if you are looking for meeting people from all over the world and have nice installations to hang out with them, this is definetely not the place. it`s just perfect if you come to sleep after a full day doing stuff in cancun.

Very nice location if you don\'t want to pay high prices in the hotel zone. Bus stop right outside the entrance that takes you into hotel zone. Besides, staying downtown will allow you to get a much better mexican flavour as opposed to the very touristy hotel zone. Hotel room was very nice too.

A good place to stay when on a budget at Cancun. I'd stay there again.

We were not charged the price listed on Hostelworld. It was listed as 98 pesos for a 4 bed dorm but instead we were charged 220 pesos for 2 people not including the deposit we had paid through Hostelworld. When we asked about it the front desk told us the rooms were always 110 a piece. They also did not honor the 20% discount for owning the Lonely Planet guide they had posted in the lobby.
