The hostel is clean and in quiet location, though far from the attraction by about 20 minutes walk. It suits people who seeks quiet place, with no interaction at all. Upon arrival, I asked the person who runs the hostel if there's breakfast, he said that it's not included, so I had to buy things for breakfast. On the third day of our stay, the breakfast was set for other residence, and for free. this was upseting to me. Overall, I recommended to others who don't mind walking. Directions to the hostel is not accurate and require questioning others along the way. There's a supermaket and bakery close by, which's nice.

Oscar, the owner\manager, is one of the nicest men ever. this place felt like a hotel, but had the prices of a hostel. its located near supermarkets, the center of the city and other great sites. I highly recomend it

The Soggiorno Michelangelo is a reccomended place to stay for enjoying Florence from a quiet yet convenient distance. It was easy to find and a pleasurable 10 minutes walking to the centre of town. There are buses, but we only used them to get to the station with our luggage. Oscar, who runs it, is helpful but will also let you keep to yourselves if you want to. Breakfast provided is adequate for a day sightseeing, but not gourmet by any means =). Safe, secure, Air-con, breakfast, linen, colour TV, close to a (very cheap) internet point and a supermarket, and convenient to town; highly reccomended! Enjoy Florence =D

We had a great experience with this place. Nice size room, which was clean and everything worked! The owner was especially nice. One of the better places we stayed in Italy.
