- “ Staff understand little English. Computers, TV and sofas are occupied by staff most of the time. Staff wanted to give us dirty linen and got angry when we protested. Lockers can be opened with other locker's keys or not locked at all. No lock on the door and anyone can just walk in and out as they please. Our room was a hallway not a room. People kept walking through and the door was never closed. No privacy in the bathrooms as the walls are see-through. ”
