couldnt get a better location. staff are really friendly and will help you with whatever you ask for and need. the bathrooms could be way cleaner but thats the only thing wrong.

We had a wonderfull time at the Southern Cross Hostel! The staff (Metin, Hazret and Emrah) is so cool! I would definately choose the same hostel if I go to Istanbul again.

We had an awsome time at this hostel. Location is in the heart of the cıty and wıthin one minute walk of the top attractions. The staff are friendly, very helpfull and dıd everything that made this hostel one of the best ive ever stayed at!! The atmosphere ıs everything you would want in a hostel, waking up and eating breakfast overlookıng the sunrise on the rooftop and drınkıng beer and smokıng hubbly bubbly on the rooftop before the nıght end.....was a hıghlıght that wont be forgotten!!! Rooms are clean, aırcon doesnt get charged lıke other hostels, ınternet and breakfast provıded..value for money ıs exactly that!! Im considerıng comıng back to Istanbul, and if i do ill defenately be staying here again!! Thanks for everythıng guys
Not only is this place great value but after my third trip to Istanbul they without a doubt have the best staff who will do anything to make your stay better. Great rooftop area/bar which is nice and casual with a relaxing atmosphere. Free QUICK internet with skype and great breakfast. Aircon room was awesome. Thanks for everything guys. Perfect way to end my Turkey trip.
Bathroom could use some serious improvement but the rest is great and everyone is really helpful and nice
