Spring Guest House in Vienna, Cambodia

The Spring guest house said on hostels.com that we would have an airconditioned room for 6 dollar, which is why we booked it. But when we arrived at 2am, they told us that that price is for a room with a fan. For A/C we had to pay 10 dollar. On top of that there was a lot of noise early in the morning (6am) because someone of the staff was sitting in the hallway and it's walky talky was blasting through the halls! Great place to stay! little out of the way if that's what you're looking for. 20 mins to main sights, but very close to great restaurants and bars. Staff were fantastic and I would recommend this place as a base to explore the whole city. Daniel, from England ~ 27th Mar 2011
