Really great hostel. The rooms were big and comfortable, and there was an additional common room stocked with movies and couches and things to entertain as well as a bar downstairs with drink specials and internet. The staff was really nice as well. The only thing I could say that isn't complimentary is that it's a little hard to spot from the street, since the directions don't mention the name of the bar it's above. This hostel was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - one staff member even offered me to use his cell phone to call the US!!! Also, the rooms were extremely clean, I seriously think I could have eaten off of the floors. Just keep doing what you are doing! Carmen, from USA ~ 4th Jun 2009

The hostel is right above a bar which can be nice. Except on the weekend. The bar plays loud music into the wee hours of the morning. So be prepared to not sleep well or don't stay on Saturday nights. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there. Bryan, from USA ~ 1st Jun 2009

It was good for the price...no frills, but a good bar downstairs. Can get a little loud in the evening because the rooms are right above the bar. Great location!! The only major complaint is that there were 4 showers, but 1 had a broken door lock...made for a line up for the showers in the morning. Scott, from Canada ~ 1st May 2009

first thing to say would be AWESOME LOCATION. right in the middle of the main attractions. restrooms and showers are clean but there're no shower temperature controls nor shower heads where you can tilt for direction. staff is friendly and helpful. security is excellent, card into hostel then into room. loved they stay!!! I might have had a better experience if I hadn't felt that the staff wasn't getting along. The location was great and it felt acceptably safe and despite a few complaints about the bathroom the rooms and common area were tolerably clean. Still, I would advise others not to expect socializing downstairs in the adjacent bar, as my experience there was mostly to bear uncomfortable witness to squabbles between owner and staff. The hostel is okay. The common room has a tv and a ton of movies so thats a nice way to relax. But the Bellushis bar beside the hostel (owned by the hostel) is ridiculously noisy. Not a great place if you're a bit tired of partying and just wanna chill out. Leora, from Canada ~ 2nd Feb 2009
