Very nice hostel. Not so expensive, near to Borough tube station, clean and comfortable.

Rooms and lobbies smelled. The showers were dirty. I just felt gross being there. A very disappointing hostel with a very good location. Stay here at your own risk.

Hi and thanks for leaving your opinion for us to consider. We value our guests and their feedback. That being said, we are sorry to see that you have such a drastically different opinion of our hostel than the majority of our guests. We clean our rooms constantly, and our bathrooms and showers are cleaned three times daily. Rooms are most often affected by the guests who inhabit them, and if yours smelled, you might have notified us and we could try and relocate you to a different room. In any event, we try our best to make our hostel welcoming and comfortable. Very sorry to hear you were not happy. Good luck with your future hostel experiences. To much noise at times because of people screaming in the room hallways. I now its a kind of a party hostel, but fun should be kept in the bar area not in the halls. Sometimes the bathrooms are not as clean as one would want, but thats because some people are very nasty and don't know how to behave outside there homes and not because the staff doesn't clean, so its not the hostel fault, besides that the hostel is very good.

Fun, my friend, is difficult to bridle! We're very sorry if you found the sound of it disturbing, and we do try to encourage people to be respectful at night in the hostel. Thanks for noticing that we do try very hard to keep out toilets clean... It is a never ending task when not everyone knows how to be respectful of others. From the Hostel you can reach a lot of attractions by foot and it's close to the tube station so geting around is easy. Really great atmosphere and friendly, easy-going staff! hope i'll be back soon, had a fun time! thanks guys! anne Anne-Christin, from Germany ~ 9th Oct 2011
