There is a pub downstairs, and It is too noisy till 2:00a.m. Moreover, their facilities are not the same shown as the photos on webpage. I am so disappointed about this stay at the hostel. Yu-Cheng, from Taiwan ~ 19th Sep 2011

Poor location because of pub downstairs. On average, only got 2 hours of sleep per night. Could smell the cigarette smoke waft through the window on our 2nd floor, and couldn't close windows because it was too hot and there's no A/C. Water pressure of bathroom was very poor too.

This was a nice hostel. The staff was really helpful and nice. Fun atmosphere. One downfall is pay lockers, but the rates are very cheap so that makes up for that. Trent, from USA ~ 24th Jul 2011

I never been in hostels,so this one was the 1st in my life and I just love it! The staff is helpful and nice, positive young ppl) My female dorm (8 ppl) was good, clean, and roommates were very polite and respectful. They have free breakfast what is cool, cuz you save time and money.Showers and toilets are everywhere, moreover they provide shower gel and shampoo. Negative: very hard to find-small sign, looks like a pub not hostel.Next.Key card-never works decent, i had a lot of headache with it. Galina, from Russia ~ 13th Jul 2011

This place is great. Very charming neighborhood and great bar that lots of locals hang at which gave the place an authentic flavor. The showers were clean and must have been updated since the negative reviews. Great place. Katie, from USA ~ 25th May 2011

maintenance needed in some of the shower rooms! the lights arent working and the shower blind too! i'm not sure if linen is changed after ppl check out, coz i got rash on my neck the next day i woke up @@ good location, just opp. to the tube station, good shopping and eating nearby but definitely not a good pick if u have heavy luggage as there's no lift in the premise HOI TING, from Hong Kong ~ 13th Apr 2011

If it wasn't due to the harassment by a drunken man, I could have enjoyed a better stay. Average breakfast. Choose this hostel if you like to hang around a pub. Shin Yi, from Malaysia ~ 29th May 2011

Only stayed here for 1 night because I flew in early morning and couldn't be arsed to wait for my friend to finish work at 6. I only have 2 comments: The place needs a big sign outside!!! I am very familiar with this area but could not find the place as the only sign (very small) is located in the little alley entrence to the Hammersmith and City line (most people will surely come on Picadilly line like I did). Or they should make sure that the address mentions Belushis Bar which is where it' Ingela, from Sweden ~ 26th Mar 2011
