  • “ Good location from one exit of the station but it does happen to bad on the less exciting side of Kyoto Station. Staff was very friendly and really did her best with English although it wasn\'t fluent it certainly got all the valuable points across. Very helpful staff. No shampoo / soap which is not common at hostels but this one is much more expensive than your typical hostel... ”
