StayOK on Nevsky in Manchester, Russia

Woman at reception very rude and unhelpful! When I arrived, she charged me 4 nights, although I made a cancelation of 2 nights before. The woman had a very bad attitude to solved the problem. Finaly, I had to speak with the administrator to solved it. Woman doesn't speak english. I can't understand this in a hostel with foreigns. Hostel was a house, no hostel atmosphere.
