I wanted to cancel the booking. I called up the hostel more than 24 hrs in advance but the person at the reception could not help. I was asked to cancel reservation from Hostels.com. When I called back to say that the cancellation has to be done by calling up the hotel and cannot be done from Hostels.com, the staff at the reception mentioned otherwise.
