They don`t have a lift and they sent us to the floor nº6 by stairs.....Is not clear enough in the web if the WC are shared or not..... Sonia Natalia, from Argentina ~ 1st May 2012

Very basic, so therefor low character. There is a bar/restaurant, but didn't look very cool so we did not stay there. But it is PERFECT location, and the toilets and showers are clean. I love that there's a sink in each room, but too bad there is no soap - not even in the bathrooms - so therefor average on facilities. This is a great location and very convenient if you just need a place to sleep in the heart of London. However, the carpeting is a mess and the beds are pretty uncomfortable with questionable bedding. That said, the toilets and sinks are clean, which was much appreciated.
