  • A request for an uninvited visitor to the staff desk was to be aware of the action to taken of the requested uninvited visitor to the room of no admittance. The staff allowed unwanted guest to the room and I got band from that place and was NOT my fault for them to do this kind of action. Inadequacy of their security cost tempers to be raise a levels I was so shock this happen at a hostel. There was no reasonable care of the staff allowing an uninvited visitor to the room. • There were many serious drawbacks. Many of the airconditioners exhausted into the halls. therewere leaks inthe bathrooms which had wet floors. The atmosphere was rather dingy.
    Owner Comment

Hi to our USA friends! We appreciate your comments. Despite our fun location walking distance of Metro Manila's liveliest nightlife & entertainment district of Morato Avenue, we still want to upgrade & continuously improve our place based on your comments. We sincerely & deeply apologize for any shortcomings, we're having your complaqints fixed. Part of the problem for your complaints I think was the recent rare & strong typhoon which hit the whole of Metro Manila, drowning up to 50% to 70% of our huge metropolis. Luckily, despite some problems with leaks & wet floors during the massiove & not usual typhoon storm, our part of the city did not drown in floods. Apologies, nonetheless. Can we invite you to dinner and beer on your next visit here? This is just our small way of saying "Thank you" for your complaints & comments, because we only improve with complaints of our many tourists. Thank you so much. Appreciate your patronage & comments!
