- “ Took way too long to check in because they directed us to wait in the common area and then started checking in new people before they got back to us. Confusion with the reservation where I reserved a bed in a dorm, but was placed in what appeared to be a single with no one else there... until someone else was assigned to that room at 4:30 in the morning because of some sort of confusion? Cheap place to sleep and convenient to the subway which is all I really needed. ”

- “ Hostels.com informs that parking is available, but this is not the case. You can park your car on the street and pay 2 eur/hour. If you do not want to pay - you need to go to another district (not to far away, but still). That is rather annoying, as we chose Strawberry Hostel because we thought the parking is included. ”

- “ Some receptionist weren't as good informed as the other. They are very young! I was not told that I could ask for a towel. There was no soap either. For that price, breakfast would be expected. ”

- “ Strawberry hostel best benefit is at the bedroom. I stayed on the ensuit 3 female bedroom dorm. The room has proper bed and a lot of shelf space, not to mention refrigerator in the room. Shower and toilet are not too small. The most important is it is clean. ”

- “ It is a big students residence building, turned into hostel for the summer. My friend and I booked a dorm, but we got a 2 bed private, for the same price, which was great! Location is ok, but it may be hard to find. Staff is very friendly. ”
