We were 2 hours late in cancelling a reservation so they told us that we would have to pay the full amount, despite having a genuine excuse and it causing us alot of inconvenience. This certainly didn't happen in Godzilla where they were more than helpful. steven, from England ~ 4th Nov 2009

Nice showers, very clean, ( exept the kitchen, but not much to work with I suppose. English speaking and young staff. Close to the metro and the railway station ( walkable distance) Emil, from Sweden ~ 30th Aug 2009

Very close to all the sites, either a few metro stops or 25 min walk away from the old city. 1 min to the metro. Building has character b/c it's 100 years old! Rooms are smallish, but cozy. Staff was great, alot of fun to be around, and extremely helpful. Owner is a really nice guy and I lucked out and all the guests were great people too. Security is good, and the directions work, you just need to follow them precisely. Shower pressure was great. Pretty clean, definitely seen worse! Timothy, from Canada ~ 12th May 2009

We arrived at the time we quoted we would arrive, but were told that our room was being cleaned and to come back in two hours. When we returned they said our room was under construction and to wait another two hours. We were placed in a room away from the rest of the hostel, which seemed to be where the staff stayed. The door was always left unlocked and the bathroom was filthy. We had no key to the hostel so could not access the facilities. We would not stay here again. James, from England ~ 18th Apr 2009
