Not only was the location perfect - a stone's throw from the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and many of Istanbul's must-see's - but the staff and accommodations made our stay even better. The employees at the front desk were always smiling and helpful, our room for three was clean and cozy, and breakfast, cooked every morning, was amazing. Definitely within budget - 3 nights, airport shuttle, dervish show all well within range. Nicole, from USA ~ 31st Jan 2012

This hostel -it's really more a proper hotel- was great. Rooms were not that big, but very good and clean. Bathroom was excellent too, providing all things that hotels do but hostels sometimes don't, like soap, shampoo, lots of towels, hair dryer, etc. Breakfast was fine, and it was very nice to have a coffe and a cake in the afternoon, offered for free. A special mention for the extraordinary staff. Extremely kind, willing to satisfy any requirement, and always receiving you with a smile. Jose, from Chile ~ 17th Jan 2012

Small and expensive, but nice and centrally located in Sultanahmed. Generally seen: Thumbs up. Baldur, from Germany ~ 30th Aug 2011

Once I looked under the bed, there was a bit of a layer of dust. The rest looked pretty cleaned. alice, from France ~ 2nd Sep 2011

The room was small and spartan, but it was all we needed. The serve breakfast on the rooftop terrace which is actually quite nice. William, from USA ~ 22nd Aug 2011

I strongly recommend this address - actually more a hotel than an hostel. For a price slightly superior to some hostels, it provides great advantages, such as a very nice breakfast and a magnificient view of Istanbul from the roof ! So don't hesitate ! joel, from France ~ 13th Aug 2011

This place was great. Feel of a nice hotel with a very reasonable price. Rooms were a bit small but the benefits outweighed the downsides for sure. Great location if wanting to see Sultanahmet. Faizan, from USA ~ 26th Jul 2011
